Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Singularia, a Discord bot that provides AI-assisted server help, server building tools, server audits, games, and paid plan features.

By adding Singularia to a Discord server, using its commands, interacting with its buttons or modals, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Singularia.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws when using Singularia.

If you add Singularia to a server, configure it, use administrator-only commands, or purchase a plan for a server, you represent that you have authority to do so for that server.

Singularia is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by Discord in your region.

2. What Singularia Does

Singularia may provide features including:

  • AI chat through `/message` and `/assistant`.
  • Task-agent features through `/agent`.
  • Server building or redesign tools through `/build`.
  • Read-only server security and hygiene audits through `/audit`.
  • Settings for server-specific system prompts, assistant context, and AI model selection.
  • Games such as trivia, Tic Tac Toe, and Connect Four.
  • Paid plans through `/upgrade`.

Some features are available only on certain plans or only to Discord users with administrator permissions.

3. Server Changes and Admin Responsibility

Some Singularia tools can change a Discord server when requested by an authorized user and when the bot has the required permissions. These actions may include creating, editing, moving, locking, unlocking, or deleting channels; creating or deleting roles; assigning or removing roles; changing nicknames; creating invites; clearing messages; timing out, kicking, banning, or unbanning members; and changing channel settings.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing requested actions before using powerful commands.
  • Granting only the Discord permissions you are comfortable giving to Singularia.
  • Managing which members can use Singularia commands in your server.
  • Backing up important server configurations where appropriate.
  • Any consequences of commands you or your authorized users run.

Singularia may refuse, limit, or stop actions to protect users, servers, or the service, but it cannot guarantee every unwanted action will be prevented.

4. AI Outputs

Singularia uses third-party AI services. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. You should independently review AI outputs before relying on them, especially for moderation, security, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions.

5. User Content

You are responsible for prompts, instructions, server assistant context, system prompts, trivia themes, and other content you submit to Singularia.

You must not use Singularia to submit or generate content that:

  • Violates law or another person's rights.
  • Harasses, threatens, abuses, or targets people or groups.
  • Contains sexual content involving minors or exploitative content.
  • Attempts to steal credentials, tokens, payment information, or private data.
  • Contains malware, phishing, scams, or instructions for harmful abuse.
  • Attempts to bypass Discord's rules, Singularia's safeguards, or third-party provider policies.

You grant Singularia the limited rights needed to process your content, send it to service providers, generate outputs, store history and configuration, and provide the requested features.

6. Payments, Plans, and Limits

Paid plans are processed by Polar or another listed checkout provider. Prices, plan names, renewal or expiry details, and included limits are shown in the bot or at checkout and may change over time.

Current in-bot plan behavior may include token caps, audit quotas, feature gates, model selection limits, and plan expiry dates. Singularia may enforce limits automatically and may reset usage stats when a plan is activated or expires.

Payment processing, refunds, taxes, chargebacks, and billing details may be subject to Polar's terms and policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt Singularia.
  • Use Singularia to spam, raid, harass, or mass-message users.
  • Use Singularia to evade Discord enforcement or platform limits.
  • Use Singularia to generate or distribute malicious code, phishing content, scams, or credential theft attempts.
  • Submit secrets, access tokens, private keys, or payment card numbers to bot commands or settings fields.
  • Misrepresent Singularia outputs as human decisions where disclosure is required.
  • Use paid features without authorization from the server owner or responsible administrator.

8. Third-Party Services

Singularia depends on third-party services including Discord, OpenRouter and AI model providers, Polar, and web search providers. These services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, safety rules, and data practices.

Singularia is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, model behavior, payment processing errors, or external search results.

9. Availability and Changes

Singularia is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be added, changed, rate-limited, suspended, or removed at any time. We may change plan limits, pricing, models, tool availability, or command behavior to improve the service, manage cost, prevent abuse, or comply with law or provider requirements.

We may suspend or terminate access to Singularia for any server or user that violates these Terms, creates risk, abuses the service, or causes operational issues.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Singularia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that Singularia will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singularia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, server disruption, moderation mistakes, payment provider issues, AI output errors, or Discord account/server consequences arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Singularia will not exceed the amount you paid to Singularia for the affected server during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Singularia and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Singularia, your submitted content, your server configuration, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using Singularia at any time by removing the bot from your server or not using its commands. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe continued access creates legal, security, abuse, payment, or operational risk.

Termination does not automatically delete stored records. Data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of Singularia after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
