Privacy Policy

Singularia is a Discord bot that provides AI-assisted server help, server building tools, server audits, games, and paid plan features. This Privacy Policy explains what information Singularia collects, how it is used, and what choices server administrators and users have.

This policy applies to Singularia's Discord bot and related services. It does not apply to Discord, Polar, OpenRouter, AI model providers, DuckDuckGo, or other third-party services that may process information under their own policies.

Information We Collect

Singularia collects information needed to operate the bot and provide requested features.

Discord server and user information

When Singularia is used in a Discord server, we may process:

  • Discord server IDs, server names, server icons, owner IDs, member counts, server features, verification settings, roles, channels, categories, permissions, and related server structure.
  • Discord user IDs, usernames or display names, avatars, role memberships, account creation dates, and permission information when needed for commands such as `/agent`, `/build`, `/audit`, or `get_user_info`.
  • Channel IDs, role IDs, category IDs, and other Discord object IDs needed to run server management tools.
  • Slash command inputs and button/modal interactions sent to Singularia.

Singularia does not use Discord's Message Content Intent in the current audit flow and the `/audit` snapshot does not fetch message history content. However, messages or text you submit directly to Singularia through slash commands, modals, settings fields, or game prompts are processed.

AI interaction content

When you use AI features such as `/message`, `/assistant`, `/agent`, `/build`, `/audit`, or `/trivia`, we may process and store:

  • Your prompt or command text.
  • AI responses.
  • Tool call names, arguments, and results.
  • Server-specific system prompts and assistant detail pages configured by administrators.
  • Conversation history needed to maintain context.

Server configuration and usage data

We store per-server configuration and usage data, including:

  • Selected AI model, plan type, plan expiry date, assistant enabled status, created-at timestamps, and audit quota usage.
  • Token usage, request counts, and tool-call counts by AI model.
  • Trivia themes, generated trivia questions, answer options, correct answer indexes, difficulty, and creation time.
  • Saved audit reports and audit snapshots.

Payment information

Paid plans are processed through Polar. Singularia creates checkout sessions and sends Polar metadata such as the Discord server ID and the Discord user ID of the administrator starting checkout. Polar may collect payment card, billing, tax, and transaction information under Polar's own privacy and payment terms.

Singularia does not store full payment card numbers.

Logs and diagnostics

Singularia may write operational logs that include timestamps, server IDs, server names, plan purchases, audit events, token reset summaries, and error details. Logs are used for debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide Discord bot commands and AI responses.
  • Maintain conversation context for AI features.
  • Run requested server administration actions, such as creating channels, creating roles, changing settings, creating invites, assigning roles, timing out users, kicking users, banning users, clearing messages, or changing nicknames.
  • Generate read-only security and hygiene audits.
  • Save server assistant context configured by administrators.
  • Enforce plan limits, token caps, cooldowns, and audit quotas.
  • Create and verify paid checkout sessions.
  • Improve reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI and Third-Party Processing

Singularia uses third-party services to provide key features:

  • Discord: provides the platform, user/server data, interactions, and server-management APIs.
  • OpenRouter and selected AI model providers: process prompts, context, server snapshots, tool results, and other AI inputs needed to generate responses or audit reports.
  • Polar: processes checkouts, payments, and related billing data.
  • DuckDuckGo/DDGS: may process web search queries when web search is requested.

Do not submit secrets, private credentials, payment card numbers, access tokens, or highly sensitive personal data to Singularia commands or settings fields. AI providers may retain or process submitted data according to their own policies.

Server Administration Actions

Some Singularia features can modify Discord servers when used by authorized users and when the bot has the necessary Discord permissions. These actions may be recorded by Discord audit logs and may also appear in Singularia conversation history, tool-call history, or operational logs.

Server administrators are responsible for configuring bot permissions appropriately and for deciding who may use commands in their server.

Data Storage and Retention

The current implementation stores data required for providing context to the AI Model

  • Conversation histories are capped and older entries are trimmed when history grows beyond the configured limit.
  • Administrators can use `/clear` to clear agent history for their server.
  • Server configuration, assistant details, system prompts, stats, audit reports, and logs may remain until deleted, overwritten, reset, or no longer needed.
  • Paid plan stats may be reset when a plan is activated or expires.

If you want data removed from a server, contact the server administrators first. Server administrators or owners may contact us to request deletion of stored Singularia data for their server.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share or disclose information only as needed to:

  • Operate Singularia through third-party providers listed above.
  • Process payments and verify plan status.
  • Comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable government requests.
  • Protect Singularia, Discord users, servers, or the public from abuse, fraud, security threats, or harmful conduct.
  • Transfer service operations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or similar business transaction.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data. No service can guarantee perfect security. You should avoid submitting secrets or highly sensitive information to the bot.

Children's Privacy

Singularia is intended for use on Discord and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by Discord in your region. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Singularia, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

Depending on your role and Discord permissions, you may be able to:

  • Stop using Singularia commands.
  • Ask a server administrator to disable features or remove the bot.
  • Ask a server administrator to clear agent history with `/clear`.
  • Ask a server administrator to remove or change assistant context, system prompts, or settings.
  • Contact us to request access, deletion, or correction where required by applicable law.

International Processing

Singularia and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. By using Singularia, you understand that information may be processed where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of Singularia after changes means you accept the updated policy.
